Tuesday Task Team: Tankerville Mine

The Big Dormouse Box Build, Pontesbury

Come along to our box building workshop to find out a bit more about dormice, and help us with their conservation.  We will be building dormouse boxes to go up at two local woodland sites. Dormice have suffered declines in their range and numbers, and are considered a priority for conservation action. Tuesday Task Team: Long Pool, the Bog

The task at Long Pool will be led by Reserves Officer, Clive Dean, from Shropshire Wildlife Trust.  This will involve tree and scrub removal which is part of a project to conserve this regionally important ‘wet flush’ habitat. Christmas at the Cottages – Wreath Making
